Wow! In all honestly, I’ve seldom, if ever received such incredible customer service!
We ordered a custom scooter for our son for Xmas. There was a glitch with the scooter on Xmas Day which we couldn’t rectify, and which couldn’t have been found without using it. Sad, but these things do happen.
The measure of a company is how they deal with issues and resolve them.
I sent an email on Boxing Day, which fell on the Saturday, expecting a response late on the following week. On Sunday 27th I received a call from the company, and they skilfully directed my husband with a temporary fix, with the promise of parts to be sent out in the post, which then arrived within a day or two.
We’ve received abysmal service from other online scooter companies, so really wanted to praise Ripped Knees.
Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, incredible service - even responding when they should be closed!
Won’t hesitate to use again or recommend. 5 ⭐️
